What is check in/check out time?

check in time is 3pm: check out time is 11am.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

Cable Mountain Lodge is a non smoking property 

How much do you charge for high-speed Internet access?

Internet access is complimentary to our guests. 

Do you offer bikes for use during my stay?

Bikes can be rented at the Zion Outfitter at discounted rate. 

Do you have a business center?

24 hour business center is located in the lobby. 

Do you have a pool?

Yes, an outdoor seasonal pool is available. The spa is available year around from 9 am to 10pm 




How do I get to the hotel?

Do you have onsite parking? 

Complimentary parking is available to our guests. Pedestrian entrance to Zion National Park is a three minute walk from the lodge. 




Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?

Extra beds are available based on availability. Addition charges may apply 

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

Please contact the website which you made your reservation with. 

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

Cancellations must occur 72 hours prior to local hotel time of 6pm. Reservations not cancel prior to 72 hours before 6pm  local hotel time, will be charged a one night’s room plus tax. Cancellation policy is subject to change. 

What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?

18 years of age

Do you have connecting rooms?

Connecting rooms are available and are available on a request basis only. 




Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed. We recommend boarding at the nearby Doggy Dude Ranch. 

I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?

Contact the concierge prior to your arrival to make arrangements.
