Our Statement on COVID-19

 

At Cable Mountain Lodge, our top priority has always been the safety and well-being of our guests and team. Given the evolving nature of the COVID-19 situation across the world, we have greatly extended our efforts to ensure that your health and wellness are safeguarded throughout your stay.

While having the highest standards of cleanliness has been a requisite part of every Cable Mountain Lodge experience, we have elevated our practices by doing the following to ensure that we meet the latest guidelines from the CDC and WHO on hygiene and cleanliness standards:

  • Frequently cleaning and sanitizing all touched hard surfaces in common areas throughout each day.
  • Heightening sanitation and deep cleaning of our guest rooms during each stay and following the departure of every guest, using health and safety measures that are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses including Coronavirus.
  • Requiring symptom and temperature checking, frequent hand washing by all of our team following correct and effective hand washing procedures.
  • Providing an increase in hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been directly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and the local communities, governments and medical professionals who have been  working on the front lines. We will continue to monitor updates as related to COVID-19 both globally and in our region and will respond as necessary to the advice of governments, public health officials and medical professionals. Simply put, service and hospitality is who we are and we will continue to serve and welcome you through this challenging time.
